For 14 years, I managed the Palace Theatre‘s email marketing program, actively managing their email database, and sending permission-based emails to what grew to a list of over 60,000 patrons on a weekly basis. Consistent messaging, engaging subject lines, plus strong content and a professional layout guaranteed above-average open and click-through rates – resulting in increased ticket sales and awareness of upcoming musicals and shows.
